The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead has regularly been spotted in Sussex Count Courthouse Historic District very late at night concealing a cadaver by a large boulder. A person who lives here argues that this phantom is almost certainly the stressed phantom of a local resident who used to reside here in Yale. The phantom of a gentleman wearing military attire is often witnessed playing a piece of music on a flute in a Yale mobile home. A number of of the people here claim this ghost is the stressed soul of a long departed Yale local resident. No matter what people utter, it's a creepy ghost that you wouldn't wish to bump into at midnight.
