Submitted by JD       Categories: sounds, lake In 1986 I lived in base housing at NWS, Yorktown. One night in my bedroom I saw the ghost of a soldier. He was dressed in the uniform the English wore during the Revolutionary War. I could see him clearly; he was tall (about 6'3'') and he was looking at me with     a huge smile on his face. I didn't feel threatened at all by the apparition. After watching him for about twenty seconds, he slowly floated up through the ceiling and disappeared. So I would not park ON the tracks.
