In Yorktown VA. I was driving Home on a rainy night in April of 1999 from st. Joan of arc     catholic church on rt. 17. I took Crawford rd. As a short cut to go through Lee Hall to rt. 60 where I lived in Newport news. That night when I turned left onto Crawford rd. About 100 ft. In I saw a woman sitting there in the cold rain. She had her feet dangling into a little creek that runs under the road there. The scene startled me I was immediately troubled by what I saw. So much so that I didn't stop. As I drove by her she turned her head and looked at me with little concern just kinda in a daze.
