The chilling spirit of a Viking emerged on the summit of Blue Knob at midnight viewing the surroundings. When distinguished the ghost approached the eye witness who then escaped. Lots of folks who live here claim this ghost is the tormented spirit of an old Alkol local person.

A frightening skeleton was seen before sunrise scrutinizing Barker Hollow in detail. There have been numerous accounts involving this spirit in the area. One thing is for certain, it's a menacing ghost that you do not want to come across at night.

A guy that turned into a vampire has regularly been seen in Big Ugly Wildlife Management Area late
 
    in the night meditating.

A glowing human character has allegedly been observed on a small number of instances shuffling orbs about at Jack Smith Branch Refuse Bank Dam late in the night.

The phantom of a pregnant female can regularly be seen in the early morning hours drifting along on Back Fork.
