Ballard, West Virginia Ghost Tales


While the sun shines Ballard, West Virginia is the same as any other US city, but when the dark shadows of the night enter the living dead march in.   died here in Ballard many years ago. No matter what, this is an unlikable phantom that any rational person wouldn't want to bump into.

The spirit of a waitress was spotted going crazy by Bee Branch. Further reports of this ghost have been described.

The phantom of an old Indian chief became visible in the early morning hours looking across Chestnut Flats. This ghost is very active in this area; there have been many additional stories of this individual ghost. Based on what the local residents allege, this ghost may perhaps be a renowned past local of Ballard. One thing's for guaranteed,
it indisputably is a frightening spirit that you shouldn't go looking for.

A dark cat that shifted shape into a woman was witnessed at night exploring Indian Draft in detail. The onlooker fled after she noticed the spirit.

The ghost of a destitute guy was spotted by Harvey Falls in the early morning hours before sunrise downing blood from a container. When the observer showed up the ghost fled.
