A youthful girl dressed in a blood-splattered prom dress was observed on the peak of Allegheny Heights very late at night staring at the panorama. The ghost spoke
of avenging a murder. Loads of locals say this ghost takes pleasure in scaring foolish people who have the guts to interrupt the calm in Bayard.

A man with an axe in his head emerged walking in the middle of a deserted road in close proximity to Bayard. The bystander became frightened and fled.
