In the daylight hours you may well think Belmont, West Virginia is just like any other settlement, but there are ghosts in this settlement, and they become visible during the moonlight hours. A female with a moderately see-through body is every so often witnessed startling folks in a metal boat on Forest City Lake. According to the people who live here, this ghost is the struggling soul of a long gone Belmont local resident. Regardless of what people state, this is an antagonistic phantom that you shouldn't go trying to find.

    uniform has allegedly been made out on one or two occasions rearranging orbs about in Coon Hollow late at night. Lots of people who live here assert this ghost is that of a person who resided here in Belmont some decades ago.

The phantom of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead may occasionally be noticed appearing frightening up on Fox Point.

The ghost of an aged guy with a long white mustache has repeatedly been spotted looking crossly at the watcher by Allen Run.
