A female devoid of a head has every so often been observed in Bean Hollow in the early morning hours before sunrise smoking a cigar. A number of of the people who live here assert this       ghost is the stressed spirit of a long dead Blair local person. A gentleman with no head is sometimes seen taking a rest in a chair in a home close to Blair.
