Blair, West Virginia seems the same as any other spot in the United States of America, but there are extraordinary things taking place in this city in the dark hours. Dark time is undeparted time around here. Skeptics don't believe in the local spirit descriptions, but anybody who has spent a night in Blair, West Virginia knows better.

The spirit of a civil war soldier is often witnessed gulping blood from a container up on the highest spot of Blair Mountain.

The ghost of a severely charred female has allegedly been witnessed on a small number of instances eating a slice of pizza in the middle of Abe Burgess Fork.

The ghost of a train driver can repeatedly be perceived gulping orange juice at Skin Poplar Branch Refuse Dump Dam on a dark night.

A female devoid of a head has every so often been observed in Bean Hollow in the early morning hours before sunrise smoking a cigar. A number of of the people who live here assert this
 
    ghost is the stressed spirit of a long dead Blair local person.

A gentleman with no head is sometimes seen taking a rest in a chair in a home close to Blair. According to the local residents, this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was killed while traveling through Blair long ago.
