Freaked out by the watchers the phantom receded into the dark. The spirit of a man with half his head not there came into view conversing into the thin air as if someone else was nearby. When observed the phantom came up to the watcher who then escaped. According to the residents, this phantom is the phantom of a visitor that was murdered while traveling through Bob White a long time ago. A decapitated female was made out at Lotts Branch Slurry Impoundment Dam on a dark night scaring people. There have been other descriptions regarding this ghost in the area.
