From a distance Breeden, West Virginia seems like your common municipality, but there are ghosts in this municipality, and they show up in the moonlight hours. Dark hour is undeceased time in this town. Doubters don't believe in the local phantom stories, but the undeceased may well show themselves to you if you stay for the night in Breeden.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The phantom of a young girl may occasionally be perceived up on the pinnacle of Antley Knob shouting names of people. Loads of residents say this ghost is probably the undead ghost of a person who used to have a home here in Breeden. No matter what, this is a nasty ghost that you do not want to run into in the early morning hours.

The ghost of a woman having half her head missing was perceived looking creepy by Turkey Rock. The observer escaped immediately after he set eyes on the ghost. Regardless of what people verbalize, it's a bloodcurdling ghost that any sound person wouldn't wish to encounter.

A
 
    lady having a machete in her head appeared at midnight fluttering over Pat Flat. The phantom did not mind that there was someone other present. Locals here who have witnessed this ghost argue this ghost is the stressed spirit of an old Breeden local resident.

A wandering ghost was observed yelling at the observer to beat it at Laurel Lake Dam
  before sunrise. The arrival of the watcher scared the ghost who then faded away. A local argues that this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Breeden many years ago.

The ghost of an airplane pilot was seen trying to find a glove beneath a parked Jeep in a Breeden parking lot at the stroke of midnight. The ghost spoke of revenging a murder.
