The spirit of a youthful gentleman in a coat appeared glancing       across White Oak Flat late in the night. The ghost reacted to the watcher. A beheaded gentleman was observed on the top of one of the mountains in the Allegheny Mountains before dawn trying to locate someone. When the ghost was perceived it disappeared into the air. One thing is for sure, it's a menacing phantom that is rather not disturbed. The ghost of a nurse with a blood-covered uniform came into sight mid stream in Buck Run crying.
