There's not a thing extraordinary involving Glenwood, West Virginia in the daytime, but this is a municipality where the undead stagger the avenues during the dark hours. Things go on in this place that cannot be explained by science. Some residents allege there are no ghosts, but the undeceased may perhaps show themselves to you if you stay overnight in Glenwood.

The ghost of a brawny lumberjack carrying a sizeable axe may be seen very frequently on the peak of Big Four Hill at night glancing at the sight.

A bloodcurdling skeleton has every now and then been seen beside Lowery Spring on a dark night pointing at the witness. It has been argued that this precise ghost could be a distinguished days gone by dweller of Glenwood.

A glow-in-the-dark human figure has supposedly been observed on one or two instances by Gallipolis Lock and Dam late at night gazing at the water.

    on Big Creek around midnight. Numerous sightings of this spirit have been described. No matter what, this is a bad phantom that should be left alone.

A headless man came into view going out of control down a wild highway in the vicinity of Glenwood at night. Many people in the vicinity have had identical experiences involving an almost identical spirit. Regardless of what folks articulate, it's a frightening ghost that is rather not upset.
