Submitted by Joe       Categories: home, lady, barn A house I use to live in on Central Avenue use to have activity in it. 3 people, including myself, have seen a figure dressed in a black cape     peeking out of the inside of the front window. People have said they saw shadows coming from the inside and movement through the curtains of a black image when we weren't home. A previous Great Cacapon female resident has told me her and a friend were near the backstreet corner around Rockford rd and Hammond street and seen a white figure dart across the road. The girls were so frightned they ran home. Another local male resident claimed to have seen a white glowy image of a woman walking along Rt. 9 carrying a baby as he drove by one snowy night.
