had been up the hill. After an hour or so, they did not see any one on the hill and decided to go back to the grave and check the headstone to see if it moved again.
Sure enough, the headstone was not lying on the ground. The headstone was sitting up right. My husband said that any time you can knock colonel Henry cobb's headstone onto the ground and the headstone will put itself back upright in it's original position.
My husband and I have
been together for nearly 12 years. Every time he tells someone this story, he doesn't change any details! My husband believes it is the ghost of Colonel
Henry Cobb that fixed the headstone up right and still does to this day!.|

Comment by Cross: Desecrating a grave in any way is a seriously good way to tick some spirits off. A highly inadvisable activity to be sure. It's just lucky the old colonel has enough kindness in his heart not to come after you for that kind of act. He is surely a strong spirit.
