Passing through Hurricane, after visiting with some relatives in Huntington, my husband and I stopped at a rest area on the right going east on I-64 in Hurricane. Upon leaving, as we were in the car, I spotted three young figures that appeared to be dressed in Union civil War attire, standing off to the side near the woods in the grass. I turned to tell my husband to look ans when I turned back around, they had vanished. When we returned home I did some research to find that there was a battle located in this area during the Civil War. I will never forget that moment, for I know I actually saw three
