The spirit of a youthful woman drenched in blood has purportedly been witnessed on a handful of instances at Joe Point at midnight gazing down into the water. According to what the folks who live here allege, this ghost is that of a local who dwelled here in Isaban long ago. Whichever way, it unquestionably is a bloodcurdling spirit that you wouldn't wish to bump into at the stroke of midnight.
