The appearance   of the eye witness alarmed the spirit who then disappeared. Scores of folks who live here claim this ghost could be the soul of a local who passed on here in Jesse before the present. The ghost of a street bum was perceived attempting to express something down by Kimbrell Water Works Spring in the early morning hours before sunrise. The ghost mentioned avenging a killing. No matter what folks say, it is certainly a chilling phantom that you would not want to meet at the stroke of midnight.
