A local declares that this ghost is perhaps the undeceased ghost       of a local person who used to have a home here in Kincaid. The ghost of a female with a sack fastened around her head can be witnessed time and again howling at the watcher to disappear in a raft on Plum Orchard Lake. One of the locals strongly declares that this spirit is the undead spirit of a long dead Kincaid local resident. A large   scary spirit has sometimes been witnessed by Fayette County Lake Number One Dam at night looking at the water. A number of of the people who live here assert this ghost is the ghost of a traveler that was killed while driving through Kincaid some time ago. Regardless of what, this is a horrible phantom that any wise person wouldn't want to meet.
