Lost Creek, West Virginia Ghost Tales


Not everything in Lost Creek, West Virginia is as it seems; stressed spirits of former times in this town don't seem to plan to die. Paintings turn about, voices coming from nowhere. Folks who have never spent a night in this municipality will laugh and say it's lies, but the things that occur here in Lost Creek during the night will terrify you.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of an old guy with a long white beard was spotted repositioning orbs about on the water's edge of Buffalo Creek Reservoir. There are additional
 
    testimonies on the subject of this spirit in the vicinity.

A female with a knife sticking out of her head was observed gazing at the water by Clarksburg Water Works System Dam before dawn. Additional
  folks close by have had matching sightings involving a similar ghost.

The ghost of a lady with a bag bound around her head has often been witnessed looking chilling beside Nathan Goff Spring in the early morning hours before sunrise.

A big creepy spirit is frequently perceived up on the pinnacle of Fisher Summit looking furiously at the eye witness. Regardless of what people exclaim, this ghost certainly is chilling; one that you wouldn't want to come across at midnight.

The spirit of a shackled up gentleman is rumored to have been observed on several occasions screaming at
the bystander to leave by Arnold Run. One of the folks who live here determinedly claims that this phantom is the undead soul of a long forgotten Lost Creek local person.

The ghost of a hobo may regularly be seen in an autopart store in the Lost Creek vicinity. Several of the folks here claim this ghost is the ghost of a traveler that was killed while driving through Lost Creek some decades ago.

The ghost of an aged hag has now and then been noticed heaving pebbles in Norwood Park before dawn.
