Miami, West Virginia Ghost Tales


Most of those who live here in Miami, West Virginia are blissfully uninformed of the horrible riddles this city possesses; this city is haunted by undeparted phantoms of yesteryear. The phantoms of this town don’t leave anyone unalarmed. People who have never stayed for the night in this town will say to you it's a pack of lies, but the phantoms of Miami are out tonight trying to locate a person to scare.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead is rumored to have been witnessed on numerous occasions weeping in Banner Hollow at the stroke of midnight. Anyhow, this is an unlikable spirit that should be let alone.

The spirit of a man in military attire can be spotted very frequently howling in Calvert Field at midnight. In any event, it's a frightening ghost that is rather not interrupted.

A woman with a spear sticking out of her head has sometimes been noticed looking down next to James Kay Spring
 
    before sunrise. A person who lives here claims that this phantom is probably the undeceased phantom of a person who used to have a home here in Miami. No matter what, it is certainly a scary phantom that you don't want to come across around midnight.

The armor of a medieval knight with no human inside is sometimes seen at Ash Branch in the early
  morning hours before sunrise throwing rocks into the water. One of the people who live here confidently asserts that this ghost is the undeparted spirit of a long dead Miami local resident.

The ghost of a lady with a sack tied around her head can every so often be seen gazing at the vista from the apex of Johnson Knob on a dark night.
