The ghost didn't seem to be worried by the eye witnesses. A character with a skeleton face sporting gloomy robes showed up at Paul Roeder Farm Pond Dam on a dark night turning toward the witness. The ghost acknowledged the presence of the onlooker. If you listen to the people   who live here, this ghost is almost certainly the undeparted ghost of a local person who used to reside here in Points. Regardless of what folks say, this is an unlikable phantom that you wouldn't wish to encounter in the early morning hours before sunrise. A female with a spear in her head was spotted staring crossly at the watcher in the center of Big Run. When the ghost was observed it vanished into the air.
