The ghost of a young-looking gentleman dressed in a confederate uniform appeared in Lewis Wetzel Wildlife Management Area at the stroke of midnight dragging a dead body over rocks. The spirit was unconcerned that there was somebody else near. The   ghost of a street bum materialized creeping out from a drain hole on a Smithfield residential street very late at night. The arrival of the onlooker scared the ghost who then disappeared. In any case, it is unquestionably a creepy spirit that you wouldn't wish to meet after midnight.
