Superficially Strange Creek, West Virginia appears like an average town, but this town is frequented by the living dead after the sun has called it a day. The ghosts of this town don’t leave anyone unstartled. Disbelievers don't believe in the local ghost stories, but with so many ghosts in Strange Creek you have a reasonably splendid chance of catching a glimpse of one if

The ghost of an elderly sorceress has sometimes been witnessed

near the water at Blue Hole looking angrily at the bystander.
A guy with a sizeable hole through his upper body is known to have been observed on a few occasions in the backseat of a Chrysler by the driver witnessing the spirit in her rear view mirror around midnight. Many residents say this ghost can be the soul of a local who died here in Strange Creek some time ago. One thing is for certain, this is an unpleasant spirit that any rational person wouldn't want to meet.

A lady on fire, holding a petroleum tank was noticed up on Big Knob stacking pebbles. The appearance of the bystander alarmed the ghost who then faded away. Nevertheless, it certainly is a bloodcurdling ghost that you shouldn't go trying to find.
