Uneeda, West Virginia Ghost Tales Superficially Uneeda, West Virginia appears like a standard town, but once the sun is down a person may catch a glimpse of some frightening things. Things go down in this town that cannot be scientifically explained. Folks who have never stayed overnight in this town will laugh and say it's all myths, but everyone who dwells in Uneeda is not alive. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A guy with the head of a beast was observed observing the landscape from the summit of Workman Knob on a dark night. The ghost was indifferent that there was someone else in attendance. A partially decayed human body was distinguished being carried by a stallion along a road in close proximity to Uneeda. When the onlooker came into view the ghost ran away. The ghost of a grower in a worn straw hat was witnessed pulling a body through some bushes in Madison Memorial Park before dawn. The appearance of the witness alarmed the ghost who then faded away. The phantom of a young air force pilot has       frequently been made out examining Boardtree Hollow in detail before dawn.
