A woman having the head of a leprechaun is often observed looking frightening down near Gilbert Porter Spring at the stroke of midnight.

The
  phantom of a gentleman with half his head not there has been seen on several occasions turning toward the observer up on the peak of Flag Knob.

A headless female may regularly be seen looking crossly at the bystander in Baker Hollow late in the night.

The ghost of a 12 feet tall huge person may be made out time and again by Alum Fork going nuts. A number of of the locals claim this ghost is perhaps the tormented ghost of a person who used to dwell here in West Hamlin.
