Brewton, Alabama Ghost Tales I went to the BLACKSHEAR HOUSE and I experienced a lot of crazy things I was taking a picture of my sister on the balcony and when I looked at the picture there was a black man standing beside her. After that I reviewed all of the pictures from the stables and I saw a lot more crazy things like a man crawling under the stable door where the shackles are. I also have a picture of a face and a hand in the top windows of the attic and it looks like the attic was on fire.......... I probably wouldn't go back out there at least not alone. When I was about 12 all the neighborhood kids would play hide and go seek in he dark and we all saw a few things.....I for one saw a little boy in old raggedy torn clothes that appeared to look like he was around 5....well he never said anything to me he just looked at me and smiled, and when I turned back around       he was gone! The whole neighborhood had bad experiences in the homes sometimes even the parents would see it first! Where we lived was near fort Crawford right by where they thought the fort was, so I'm assuming that the little boy was from that time! As far as the Blackshear house goes yes there is some kind of bad presence there I mean right when   you walk into the door...my thing is its a beautiful home, and people shouldn't vandalize it if I wasn't so afraid of it I wouldn't mind buying it and remodeling it...its just I'm so afraid I've seen something out there one time in mid daylight it was a women in a white dress to the road to the right right before u get to the end of the dirt road where the house is it looks to me like an old grown up path.... Submitted by Lauren L.       Category: home At the black sher house I entered the old shed to where Buches body was found and I was so terrified I saw him w/ a gunshot 2 his head I coulda sworn the ghost said mom I love you,but he also told me that he didnot shoot himself that a man was hunting and entered where he was staying and shot him on purpose !!!!!!!!!!! after I left he said he needed help he just kept on saying that and I never seen him again ,but I did see an exact replicant of his soul walking threw my bedroom door at christmas day 2007!he said he needed a women named Tanya to come and talk to his lost soul he also said he had a present for her !!!!!!!!!!!!!.
