Comment by Dylan: True that.
Comment by Betheny: Any idea what the name of the dentist is? I know several people willing to rebuild and buy the property.
Comment by Ted: The owner of the current property is a dentist by name of Connor in Birmingham, not Montgomery.
Comment by Tina: I would love to own this property. I first went there about four years ago and fell in love with this place and even though I have heard things on my recorder and saw things on my camera after going back and looking at the pictures I just can't stay away from this place.
I drive about 2 hours approximately three or four times a month because I love this place and just love being there. I know to a lot of people it doesn't make a lot of sense and sounds kind of crazy because my own husband doesn't even get it and I just hate it when I have to leave and my thoughts on who ever it was that burnt this home down no matter how bad of shape it was already in the person or persons who set fire to this home should have went up in flames along with the house because did they not only destroy an amazing home they also caused the owner a lot of distress I'm sure of and not to mention the history of the house.
Sure it was already vandalized and pretty much ruined inside and out but it was so uncalled for that hopefully the people that did this terrible thing will get what they deserve. One thing for sure that I do know is that if this property was to ever come up for sale I would jump at the opportunity to own it and as crazy as it sounds it would be a dream come true because I have fallen in love with this whole property.

I'm in the sixth grade and one day our school took a field trip to the J. D. College museum and when we got done we had like 10 mins before the bus driver had to take us home. At like 9 o'clock at night the teacher told the bus driver to go to the Blacksher house and when we got there we got out to explore we had to partner up and me and my friend brook went up the front steps, and when we walked in we heard crying like a little girl crying and so we searched around the house and when we turned around a corner there was what looked like a three year old African American girl clutching a teddy bear and she had lash marks all over her body and you could tell 'cause she had no cloths on what's so ever she looked so real and -I know this sounds crazy- we tried to help her and I touched her face and she said help me and vanished.
