Carlton, Alabama Ghost Tales


By day you may very well assume Carlton, Alabama is just the same as any other town, but the phantom descriptions told by the folks who live here are sufficient to make anybody re-evaluate stopping by in this town. Many ghost reports have been exposed by the people who live here. The phantom of an eleven foot tall enormous giant was seen pulling a corpse across the ground in Fred T Stimpson State Game Sanctuary late in the night. Scared by the watchers the spirit fled into the darkness.

The ghost of a teen girl came into sight exploring Earl Bar in detail in the early morning hours before sunrise. When seen the ghost came within reach of the observer who then fled. One thing's for sure, it's a frightening ghost that is better not messed with.

having on shady robes was witnessed flinging chunks of concrete into Duck Pond after midnight. There have been many accounts concerning this ghost in the vicinity. Well, it is in all certainty a chilling ghost that you wouldn't want to encounter in the early morning hours.
