The spirit of a teenage girl is every so often distinguished at Allison Dam at night throwing pebbles. Some of those who live here assert this phantom likes startling folks who come looking for phantoms in Cecil.
The ghost of a woman with half her head not there has allegedly been perceived on many instances fly fishing from the shore of Allison Lake at night. In any case, this is an unpleasant ghost that you wouldn't want to encounter around midnight.
