Being a neighbor to this Home we were witnesses on several occasions to strange sighting around the House that was across the Street from us. I remember just before Hurricane Erin hit my father and I witnessed a shadowy form that exited the garage which is located on the very ground floor of the structure and walking     up the front steps to the front door. I was friends with one of the children that lived in this House and going inside was just a bad idea. Televisions vcrs would begin to come on and play. I witnessed a Man in an old duster standing in the front yard on several occasions. Noises could be heard coming from the House when no one was home. The owners of the Home had begun to actually sleep in shifts. The family would sleep in one room with someone always awake. I do remember when his dogs began to get sick.
