The story is that she kept him company. She loved to play the piano and she had several songs that she would play over and over again. She later died of an unknown disease, and since it was Winter they sealed her into a pine box under the cellar until the ground would thaw. Evelyn was very angry about this idea so it is said that she haunted them until she was buried. Even after she was buried it is said that she still haunts the mansion and that you can hear her soft footsteps walking   (continued on the next page...)
