Gallant, Alabama Ghost Tales


Gallant, Alabama is a seemingly normal location given that the sun is up in the sky, but the phantom tales conveyed by the local residents are enough to make anyone reassess spending a night here. Paintings slide around, screams coming out of the night. Not everybody has faith in the stories the locals tell, but with so many ghosts in Gallant you have a pretty nice chance of spotting one if you stay for the night in this place.

Anyhow, it's a frightening ghost that you wouldn't wish to bump into in the early morning hours before sunrise.

    the vista. Some of the folks who live in this town allege this ghost may perhaps be a well-known past dweller of Gallant.

The ghost of an elderly prospector with a large mustache and a hook instead of his right hand has supposedly been observed on one or two instances looking at the water by Chandler Mountain Dam in the early morning hours before
  sunrise.

The ghost of an aged woman grasping a firearm has repeatedly been distinguished washing a bloody scarf in Brasher Spring before dawn.

The spirit of an aged Indian chief has allegedly been observed on a handful of occasions slurping root beer down at the shore at Jenkins Number One Lake. In any event, it is unquestionably a frightening ghost that any sensible person wouldn't want to run into.
