The road is one way in and one way out. We were the Only car in there. We were about 30 yards out in knee deep water. I saw 2 figures moving toward us coming down the beach. I said to the wife there's 2 people coming she said I see em. Looked like a sea captian with a coat and a top hat on and a kid holding hands. They stopped when they got     in front of us. We and they stood momionless for 2 to 3 minutes. My light was just far enough away it wouldn't illuminate they. We walked toward them they walked over the sand dune. We are spooked now. We walked down another 100 yards before getting out of the water. Got to the car started it and they were in the road 50 yards away. I turned on my headlights never taking my eyes off them. Gone! Next morning we went back found our foot prints and walked down to where they were no tracks. I have been back Many times nothing.
