An old residence in Madison, on Highway 72, is now a business. It was built in the 1940's. When the workers stay late, they hear people coming in the front door, even when the door is locked. They also hear running footsteps through the house. One person has actually seen an apparition of a man in a cape and top hat, just standing there and smiling.
