And there have been times where people have seen what appears to be former slaves in fog really early in the morning. But,in the building I live in there are a few more tenants that have seen a white male in there home. Sometimes he will stare at you, sometimes he will reek havoc in others homes. Also, we sometimes hear our doorbells ring really late at night but there will not be anyone around that could have done it.
