Orange Beach, Alabama Ghost Tales I was visiting a friend in bear point, and the first night I stayed at his home a little girl holding her hand out was standing next to my bed. she was wearing a civil war type clothing. The next night a lady appeared in a long veil over her head.  I could not sleep at all.  I heard children laughing and my son was asleep in the other room was talking to someone saying stop mom you are so mean.  My pillows were constantly pulled from under my head and would be on the floor...no kidding. I felt them in the room all the time.  once I even got out of the shower and was sitting in a chair and felt someone       touching my bare back.  I wish you had more stories so I wouldnt feel so stupid...everyone said I am crazy.  please prove me wrong. Submitted by tina hinds In the daytime you may perhaps   think Orange Beach, Alabama is just the same as any other municipality, but undead spirits of the past in this municipality don't seem to aim to go away. A lot of phantom stories have been conveyed by the residents. Not everybody trusts in the accounts the residents tell, but a trip to Orange Beach, Alabama will make anyone believe. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A gentleman without a head was seen staring down into the water at Alabama Point on a dark night. Additional people close at hand have had similar occurrences involving an identical ghost. An exceptionally chilling spirit was distinguished in Cotton Bayou late in the night trying to hide a body. This is one of those ghosts that is perceived repeatedly in the neighborhood. According to the folks who live here, this ghost may well be a well-known old days native of Orange Beach. Whatever people exclaim, it without a doubt is a chilling ghost that should be steered clear of.
