The ghost of a lady with a sack strapped around her head became visible flying across Swoope Bottom in the early morning hours. This individual ghost has been perceived over and over again in this zone. A partially transparent gentleman dressed as the skipper of a fishing boat was seen taking in the landscape at Lake Chulavista Dam before dawn.
