I have seen a ghost not too long ago. It's really odd. I can be laying on my bed and no one else in my room and then my TV. will just turn off or on. There has also been times when no one is at home and the TV. will turn by itself, what can you say, it has to be a ghost. Just the other day I was setting in the living room and the mirror in my bath room fell. I didn't believe in ghost until now when all this stuff started happening. If it was my guess I would have to say it would had to be someone who had died many years ago like during the wagon days. But no one can really no who it is. Dark hour is undeceased       time in this town. A number of people who live here allege there are no ghosts, but the undeceased may show themselves to you if you stay for a few days in Wedowee. The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead may repeatedly be made   out glugging down gasoline from a gasoline pump at a fuel station in Wedowee. The ghost of a guy having on a military outfit has from time to time been seen screaming at the eye witness to be off up on Cockrell Mountain. A local resident argues that this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was killed while journeying through Wedowee many years ago. Whatever folks exclaim, it's sure a frightening ghost that any sensible person wouldn't want to meet.
