Several of those who live here say this phantom can be the spirit of a resident who passed on here in Weogufka before the present. The phantom of a youthful man dressed in a rain coat was noticed in a mirror in a Weogufka flat; the ghost was exclusively observable in the mirror. The observer escaped immediately after she set eyes on the ghost. A headless man has frequently been observed in the early morning hours fluttering across the Weogufka Mountains.
