We were canoeing the peace and we pulled in where mcbride comes into the river. Mcbride comes in through a gulley in the high bank. Then it winds through some open flats and goes back into the woods. Six of us were walking up the Branch bottom screening for sharks' teeth and fossils. Naturally we were all stooped over and concentrating on the bottom and the screens.     All of a sudden I got the willies and looked up and there it was. I jumped and dropped the screen at the same time. This silent little boy was on the bank ten feet away. He looked solid and real as a person. He looked Young enough to be maybe seven - no more than 10 years old. He looks really really scrawny. I just remember pale and hair that looked white/blonde. The clothes were really old fashioned like amish. And he really did have a blank stare like his eyes just weren't there. And then he just vanished. Right in front of us. All six of us saw it.
