I'm staying in a home on 6th Avenue, and around 3-6 am my brother and I saw a woman pass a doorway. This is the first I saw it. We saw the same thing, a white night gown passing quickly only seeing the back of the dress. There is an old land line in that room.

502x 26th st w apartment 10x several sightings including a former property manager who was staying in the place. Was scared out after staying only one month; currently vacant. A figure made of black orbs can be seen walking from the kitchen to the living room in daylight, and can also be seen in dining room standing just in front of the kitchen.

At night if you see it it's eyes will follow you when you look at it and move around. Loud popping noises can also be heard form the walls surrounding the kitchen. I too have stayed here at that's what I saw. Rent at own risk!!!.
