Sw 28 terrace and Park rd run on each side. I the eighties when they were built a Young boy and girl were killed there. Many of the Home owners have reported seeing the little children in their homes or walking beside the Lake sometimes scared lonely or happy. While other children see them more often adults see them as well. Other     ghosts of different ages have been seen. How they are related to the neighborhood has not been discovered. The travel channel is planning on doing a segment on it..
