I live in Binimi Bay resort in Davenport Florida. I live in a townhouse there, I moved here in Feb. 2012. I would hear strange noises, someone walking up stairs. The week after that my daughters bedroom door unlocked and slammed open.
I saw a man walk out, tall white dark hair and mustash. I see him time from time just walking around the house. He seems to be nice.

Well my sister used to live in Davenport in a strange house at night the master bathroom light would flicker

on and off it would slam cabinet doors and my nephew would she a little kid in the bathroom he is only 6 now and like 4 then I think I kid drowned in the Pool.
