Stone Island in Deltona is Haunted. I witnessed an Indian in full dress riding on a white and brown horse on a trail in the Stone Island community. It was almost dark and I heard it coming down the trail from the lake. As he went by me I jumped aside. I could feel the horse hit the dirt with it feet, Smell that nasty smell of a horse, and see it in full detail. It was not like the ghost on TV. It seemed real. Less than 20 yards past me it vanished. I could still hear it but it was gone. It did not fade away, It turned off like a light bulb. I ran back to my truck and have never told anyone in person. Later that month I found that I was just a few feet from an Indian Burial Mound that is protected by the State of Florida. Seems also to be protected by past life Indians. I still am not sure how this happened and think of it all the time. I have not before or after witnessed anything like this in my life. .

I was around about 13 of age . one night me , my 2 brothers , my mom , and my dad ! well , we decided to stay at an OLD SOLDIER HOUSE that was split in half and many people died in that house so while me and my brother are sleeping all the sudden [ ME and my BROTHER woke up at of know where cause we were HEARING things like some one trying to break

in the house .] but all the sudden ME my BROTHER waited another min. well , we both get out from under my blanket and we look around and we don't see anyone or anything but than we decided to look through the patio window and see an OLD SOLDIER that was CAPTIN . he keeps turn the door knob until he finally realized that he can go through the door . well , he goes through the door and walks rite past us and walked up the wall with mud prints up the wall and than we went rite back to sleep . and the next morning we woke up and there was NO foot prints any where !? me and my brother tried to tell my PARENTS but they didn't seem to believe us but it happened the next night and my parents finally beloved us. and the next morning we left that place an moved on back to are same life's .! THIS WAS IN NEW YORK AND THAT WAS MY GHOST STORY !!!!!!!.

in Deltona haunted by angry spirits. I saw this on a show called ''A Haunting'' on the Travel Channel. It didn't show any street names or anything. It shows a dramatization of what these people experienced and it is very creepy. I've lived here for two years and it's been good so far. I hope it stays that way.
