I WORKED AT A BUSINESS DOWNTOWN DUNEDIN AND I HAD TO CALL fprf TO COME AND DO AN INVESTIGATION. THEY FOUND A MAN AND TWO LITTLE GIRLS IN THE BUILDING. BUT IF YOU SIT ON THE CHAIR UP FRONT OF THE BUSINESS AT NIGHT YOU CAN FEEL PPL WALKING THE STREETS.

While the sun is shining Dunedin, Florida is identical to any other US municipality, but if you are easily frightened, you'd best keep your distance to this location in the night time. There have been a lot of encounters with ghosts from a parallel world. Not everyone believes in the testimonies the locals tell, but everyone who resides in Dunedin is not alive.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

A gentleman that turned into a vampire has supposedly been witnessed on one or two occasions having a seat on a couch in a flat in the neighborhood of Dunedin. Whichever way, this is an unlikable ghost that should be avoided.
