Gulf Breeze, Florida Ghost Tales

I live in a small residential neighborhood in Gulf Breeze. We moved into the home 6 weeks ago. I spend alot of time on the back porch and have regularly felt or seen a presence in the yard (never in the house). I haven't actually seen a true form but just a ''movement'' (not really sure how to describe. This experience has in no way felt frightening and I don't think the ghost realizes my presence. Never had an experience like this before.
