I have also Felt a presence in my bedroom while sleeping like someone is looking over me and have also Felt like someone is sitting on the bed. Its a very Erie feeling. I don't know what it is but its definitely     present. I have lived there for a year but will be moving when my lease is up.. I do know that along the the 7 mile path next to the condos and the pasture are some tombstones and a plaque stating the property used to be a insane asylum.
