The day they signed the paperwork their realtor said I hope you folks can break the curse on this place. It's such a cute house and it needs a family. My sister asked what she meant and the realtor replied everyone who buys this place has something bad happen to them. People have gotten very sick, peaceful people turn angry and violent, and most     of the married people end up getting divorced. A lot of bad things happened in my sister's family while they lived there and they did almost get divorced but moved out instead. Several people bought the house in a short time after my sister left there. One man bought it and went up in the crawl space knocked the attic fan out of the ceiling in the hallway then hung himself from one of the roof supports. I feel sorry for anyone who lives there.
