The owner said she had trouble keeping people in it. Their excuse was they were suddenly transfered. The rent was lower than most of that area and the House was just what we wanted so we moved in. It didn't take long to find out why people moved. Between 3 and 5 am the lights in the master bedroom would go off and on the bathroom door would open and close     and the radio would play. The addition of something jumping on the bed was unnerving. We found if we moved the bed the jumping stopped but the rest continued. My children's friends wouldn't come over because at times the toilets in both bathrooms would flush and the fawcet in the kitchen would turn on without help. We lived there one year and moved.
