The girl had not shown up for work in three days, and her coworkers were worried about her because of the recent breakup she had with a long time boyfriend. She had been very depressed, and nothing seemed important to her any more. A young cop was sent to her apartment to check on her. The officer found the girl on the sofa still clutching the empty prescription bottle. The girl was dead which deeply saddened the young cop. He looked at her lifeless body and said, ''Why did you do this? I would have loved being your boyfriend.'' Three months later the cop had just gone to bed when the ghost of the girl appeared next to his bed and said, ''I was foolish for doing what I did because I would have loved being your girlfriend.'' It's always best to speak nicely around any deceased person.
